The Gym
There is a strong analogous relationship between the disciplines of sports and music. Both require training, repetition and endurance in order to achieve a high performance level reliably, every single time.
We wanted to create routines that would be fun, yet challenging. Some are seemingly simple, others may require more attention. We all know these songs and progressions and yet… well, why don’t you give it a try. We put a lot of work and love into making these practice routines fun, stimulating and effective. Recorded at a high level, these routines will greatly improve your mechanical, harmonic and rhythmic command within short durations of practice (12-25 minutes). You can always speed it up once you feel up for it.
The more you practice, the more proficient you will become. The Gym is an area of the web site where you can do exactly that.
